HERE ARE DIRECTIONS FOR SUNDAY'S TRIAL.


If you take A21 and come off at Tun Wells exit then take A228 towards Paddock Wood. Road narrows and there is Hawkwell Business Centre on your right, the next track on the right leads to the Sewage works and our access gate. If you get to the 40 mph limit you have gone too far but it is safest to go to the roundabout at the bottom of Colts Hill then come back up. There is a track on the left (opposite ours) to Pembury substation (that has a notice at the top of the track, the sewage works doesn't!)

Follow the track to a five bar gate at the end (should be open!) then drive in on the hardcore track to the open are where we park.

It was a lovely Summer evening at the George and Dragon in Tudely for the first (of many, maybe?) inter-club challenge night. GEST didn't get off to a great start and I was a bit baffled by the rules (not sure if that was too much wine with dinner though!). Rob and I made it through to one of the semi-finals but were beaten by hte eventual winners of the evening, Jenny and Kay. It was also Jordan Wells' 18th birthday that day so we celebrated with cake and balloons, then embarrassed him by singing Happy Birthday!!
